LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CARY EARL COOK
I, Cary Earl Cook, a resident of Orange County, California, being of sound mind and memory, and not acting under duress or undue influence of any kind, but freely and voluntarily, do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament as of May 25, 2018, in the following manner.
First
I hereby revoke all wills and codicils thereto previously made by me.
Second
I declare that I have never been married and have no children.
Third
If some medical, scientific, or educational institution wants my carcass, I authorize the Executor of this Will to give it to them at his own discretion. Otherwise, I wish that my remains be cremated in the least expensive manner allowable by law, and the ashes deposited in any convenient dumpster.
Fourth
My cousin, Linda Snyder is the beneficiary of my $30,000. life insurance policy through Foresters. address data omitted
Fifth
All of my estate, including all data on my computers, copyrights to literary efforts, and sanityquestpublishing.com, I bequeath to William Zuersher, address data omitted. If William Zuersher predeceases me, then I bequeath the same to the aforementioned Linda Snyder.
Why Bill? Because he's a rational truth seeker, and has more integrity than any of the rest of you. This is possibly the first time in human history that a rational truth seeker has been rewarded for being one.
Sixth
My Personal Representative and any successor shall have such rights, powers, and discretions as may be necessary or appropriate for effective administration of my estate, including, but not limited to the following: to pay, redirect, or compromise claims of all kinds against my estate; to retain assets received, to acquire property of any kind by investment or reinvestment; to manage property directly or by exercising voting privileges; to lease, operate, change the form of, or dispose of assets; to improve, preserve, and maintain assets; to divide and distribute my estate; and to exercise any and all of the foregoing rights without giving prior notice to any person, and without first obtaining an order of any court.
Seventh
To carry out the duties and obligations of Personal Representative of this, my last Will and Testament, I nominate and appoint the aforementioned William Zuersher as my Executor. My Executor shall be permitted to qualify and act as Personal Representative and as Trustee without bond or other security in any jurisdiction.
Eighth
If William Zuersher does not survive me, then I appoint the aforementioned Linda Snyder as Alternate Executor of this Will. I have made this with my own hands May 25, 2018 (two thousand eighteen) at Tustin, California.
